I want to do a quick write-up for both and more detailed photos but spare time is a little limited right now.  But it's starting to feel like home  :)

Oh the luxury of a 20x20' bedroom.  We can put the king-sized bed diagonally!  And I had a brilliant idea last night (if I do say so myself).  Stealing one of those white curtains that was left here and hanging it behind the bed, and using the space behind as clothes storage!  Lacking closets, I do love multipurpose solutions.

In an industrial area of Oakland? $1250, including all parking and most utilities :D That's for about 1800 sq ft plus a 400 sq ft storage room. I'm one of those annoying people who keeps looking even after buying something or finding a place, and I have to say that this is a killer deal... haven't found anything remotely this cheap that's close to a BART station.

Now, $1250 a month in San Francisco would have got you a small one bedroom...
