what software do you use to get pictures from your phone onto the site? is that something where you can take a camera-phone picture and post it to your site directly from your phone? i would love to learn how to do this.

If you're talking about the gallery, actually I'm just using my PDA to browse to the Gallery upload page with the web browser and doing it that way. For the cell phone webcam, that's using another script that I will post. In the meantime, check out Easy Moblog for posting pics to a gallery on your own site from your cell phone.
