Forums and comment formatting cleaned up!

Due to all the confusion and dislike of the threaded forum style (yes, yes, I know you all told me, but I'm stubborn), I've set all threads to be FLAT instead of NESTED. All comments, regardless of where you reply, will now show up at the end of the thread :)

Also, the formatting of forum posts and comment replies (ie. blog comments, etc.) has been cleaned up greatly!
